Take 5

A pro trumpet player had a blow with the Band last night. This guy has been all over the world and on TV playing with various big name Bands. He is such a modest bloke and fitted in straight away with the level of playing. No showing off , just tight solo and section work. It was an extremely enjoyable evening. I have also been sent photo's and sound clips from Saturday's concert in Thorpe. I will pass these on to Peter the Web and hopefully you will get to see and hear some of them at a later date.
P.S After listening to the CD I was extremely disappointed with my own playing. I am always critical of myself anyway, but that was not a good night for me. Sorry chaps.
