Demo

I am hobbling like an old man today (what do you mean I am an old man) The bruising from yesterdays high speed contact with the concrete, is coming out. It hasn't helped today at work, that we had to demolish a room with sledge hammers and crowbars!!! I played like an idiot last night. There was no inspiration for jazz at all, but then again I do seem to have allot on my mind at this time. Hope it comes back soon. Until then I will continue to practice and try and get my lip back as soon as possible.
