Had the bad news today, that I have to have a wisdom tooth out. Now as a musician that is a major blow (or not) as I will not be able to blow for a while. Also I have heard of many horror stories where nerves have been damaged affecting the lips and embouchure? So I am really looking forward to this like a hole in the head (which of course it will be). I have a good dentist but he does not really understand the concept of being a musician. So now I am counting the days until it is over (lots) and see what the end result will be. I would rather jump out of a plane again, or even risk a glance into Roy's wallet. I am not a happy teddy.
