August has almost left us and it will soon be time to restart the Concerts at the Oak. Went for a drink there last night and the car park was packed. It is like the Tardis inside as when we went into the lounge it was almost empty. A party was being held in the function room where we normally play and it surprised me how many folk you could get in that room. A marque had been set up outside awaiting one of our musicians to perform over the Bank Holiday weekend. He will be playing Rock and Blues and I hope to get to seem him perform.
